Our Management Team

Kevin Smith joined Complete Care Solutions in 2018, in the capacity of Community Liaison. He obtained his bachelors in nursing from Towson University in 2014. After completing his studies, he was employed full time by Frederick Memorial Hospital on a telemetry (cardiac) unit. Prior to becoming a nurse, Kevin worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep for Merck. He discovered his passion and love for nursing and helping others while his younger brother was in the hospital. Kevin’s natural ability to comfort and care for others while they are sick was pointed out to him during this time. Mr. Smith is currently in school obtaining his Nurse practitioner degree. Mr. Smith’s duties will include, but not limited to:

• In-home visits on a monthly basis to clients
• Client education
• Continuing education for aides in the home
